i notice small things. the thing most people walk past, i stop on, and it tells me the whole shape of what's coming. there's an old phrase for it, 見微知著, see the small and know the whole. that's the closest thing i have to a job description.

i'm autistic, which is where the noticing comes from, it's a pattern engine that runs whether i want it to or not. and i studied neuroscience and computational biology at ucla, so the noticing has been trained. it isn't a mood or a vibe. it's a discipline, and it's mine.

the strange part is it doesn't care what it's pointed at. i build companies (maitreya inc is the parent, the operators room is the main one, plus likeu and slowburn). i make things by hand (paintings, a closet i curate and resell from, and dumplings, coming soon). and i read (rono reads, a book club for neurodivergent brains, one book a month at your own pace).

i'm dyslexic, so i don't keep any of this in my head. i build it outside myself, in vaults and systems and objects i can actually hold. that's not a workaround, it's the method. people call the range scattered. i think it's one thing wearing a lot of clothes.

one bet under all of it: taste is a discipline, and it travels.
